7u7a Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

1General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between 7u7a ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through 7u7a.app. By accessing the platform in any capacity — including as a guest browsing the site, as a registered account holder, or as a depositing player — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

7u7a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time and without prior notice. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement is supplemented by the following additional policies, each of which is incorporated by reference:

• Privacy Policy — governs how we collect, process, and protect your personal data
• Responsible Gaming Policy — sets out the tools and obligations relating to safer gambling
• Bonus & Promotions Policy — details wagering requirements, eligibility, and bonus terms
• Payment & Withdrawal Policy — specifies supported methods, processing times, and limits

In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any supplementary policy, this Agreement shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant supplementary document.

2Age Restriction & Eligibility

7u7a is an adult-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, deposit funds, place wagers, or use any service offered by the platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable — there are no exceptions, promotional exemptions, or parental-consent workarounds.

By registering on 7u7a, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date

7u7a employs age verification procedures as part of the account registration and KYC (Know Your Customer) process. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation — including a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — to confirm eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.

3Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money services on 7u7a, you are required to create a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. All fields marked as mandatory during the registration process must be completed truthfully.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on 7u7a at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts beyond the first registered will be permanently closed. Any bonuses, winnings, or promotional credits accrued through duplicate accounts will be forfeited in their entirety.

7u7a operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention standards. You may be requested to submit identity verification documents at any point — including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account showing matching name)

Withdrawals above ৳10,000 in a single transaction or ৳50,000 cumulative in any rolling 30-day period will be processed only after satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and approved. 7u7a aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 7u7a will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 7u7a accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

7u7a supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All player balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to deposits made via local payment methods.

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

Minimum deposit amounts are as follows: ৳200 via bKash and Nagad; ৳500 via bank transfer; ৳1,000 via Visa or Mastercard. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification may access higher deposit ceilings upon request.

Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Sunday, including public holidays. Standard processing time is within 24 hours of approval for bKash and Nagad; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 7u7a reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider while holding an active 7u7a account balance is considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, 7u7a reserves the right to suspend the account, reverse any associated winnings, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through available legal channels.

5Bonus Policy & Promotions

7u7a offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

New players who successfully register and complete their first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus amount, match percentage, and minimum qualifying deposit are specified on the promotions page at the time of the offer. Welcome bonuses are available to each eligible player once only.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the specific promotion page. Unless specified otherwise, wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Failure to meet wagering requirements within this window will result in the bonus and any derived winnings being removed from your account.

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device
• Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotional offers
• 7u7a reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to any account other than the one to which they were awarded
• Employees of 7u7a and their immediate family members are not eligible for any promotional offer

Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds, or misrepresentation of personal details — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonus balances, suspension of the account, and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

6User Obligations

By using the 7u7a platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these obligations at all times. Your access to the platform is conditional on ongoing compliance with the terms set out in this section.

• You will provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and any subsequent verification request
• You will not use the platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment
• You will keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party
• You will not allow any other individual — including family members — to use your 7u7a account
• You will not access the platform using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to simulate human interaction
• You will notify 7u7a immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account
• You will manage your gambling activity responsibly and make use of our responsible gaming tools if you feel your play is becoming problematic
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any content, data, or intellectual property belonging to 7u7a
• You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling

7u7a reserves the right to monitor account activity for compliance with these obligations. Accounts that exhibit behaviour inconsistent with these user obligations may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7u7a platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Match Fixing & Cheating: Any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event, casino game, or any other wagerable event through collusion, insider information, or manipulation of game software
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to layer or integrate criminal proceeds
• Fraud: Providing false identity documents, using stolen payment credentials, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or impersonating another player
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one account simultaneously or in sequence to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade bans
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage; using VPNs, proxies, or location-spoofing tools to circumvent geo-restrictions
• Abusive Behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or using offensive or discriminatory language toward 7u7a staff or other players via any communication channel
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players on live casino tables or in any game format to achieve a combined advantage at the expense of other participants or the platform

Where 7u7a determines that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to void all bets placed during the relevant period, freeze and forfeit account balances, and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate under applicable law.

8Account Closure, Suspension & Termination

You may request the closure of your 7u7a account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification and withdrawal procedures. Pending bonus wagering requirements must be forfeited at the time of voluntary closure.

Players who wish to close their account due to responsible gaming concerns — including problem gambling, compulsive betting, or financial stress — may request an immediate self-exclusion via the account settings panel or by contacting support. Self-excluded accounts are closed permanently and cannot be reopened within the exclusion period. See our Responsible Gaming page for full details on self-exclusion options.

7u7a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a required timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or match fixing activity
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from the remaining balance, once the dormancy threshold is reached. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any requested verification steps.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

7u7a provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, delays, or defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may cause temporary unavailability of some or all services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7u7a's total liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7u7a is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or consequential, indirect, or incidental damages of any nature, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

All game outcomes on 7u7a are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). 7u7a does not guarantee that any particular player will win or profit from their gaming activity. Gambling involves financial risk, and all players should only wager amounts they can afford to lose.
